Safety and Risks

Popdex software can contain errors, and some features can fail or become unavailable. Use Popdex only if you understand these risks.

Wallet safety

Popdex is non-custodial and does not hold your private keys or seed phrase. Verify the Popdex URL before connecting. Never share your seed phrase. Review amounts, network, addresses, and wallet warnings. Reject the transaction if anything is incorrect.

Token and market risk

Attention tokens can have no value. Prices can change quickly, and liquidity can fall. Token names and symbols are not unique. Verify the token address. Buzz, Price, Graduation, and charts do not show safety or quality.

Transaction risk

A quote is a preview, not a guarantee. A transaction can fail or take more time than expected. A confirmed transaction can be irreversible. Causes include market changes, expired quotes, slippage limits, low liquidity, wallet problems, and network failures. A failed transaction can have network or account costs.

Liquidity risk

Providing liquidity can cause a loss. Popdex does not guarantee returns. Price changes, low volume, imbalance, software errors, and other providers can reduce your position value.

Data and service risk

Displayed data can be late, rounded, estimated, stale, or incorrect. Wallets, networks, data providers, and other services can fail or show incorrect information.

Popdex does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Popdex does not guarantee price, liquidity, token value, profit, rewards, transaction success, data accuracy, security, or availability. Use only assets you can afford to lose.
